Refund and Returns Policy

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the USA. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive.


Free Returns on Faulty or Damaged Products

We take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, we offer a Free Return policy under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

To request a return for a faulty or damaged product:

  1. Contact Us at info@bladeandprecision.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product.
  2. Return Authorization – Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Return the Product – Ship the product back using the provided label.
  4. Refund or Replacement – Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at info@bladeandprecision.com with your order details.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used, damaged by misuse, or altered.
  • Custom or personalized products.
